Returns policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased and wish to return it or make an exchange, then you must do so within 14 days of arrival in order to receive a full refund. If however, any of the items which you return are not in the same condition as how they arrived, then you may not be entitled to a full refund.

We only refund post charges on faulty items or products that have been damaged during shipping. We advise that all returns are sent using a traceable method in order to insure yourself in the event it becomes lost or damaged in transit.

Chatleys will not be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit. The customer (you) is liable for ensuring that the contents include all appropriate packaging before returning them to us and we also recommend that the items are insured to protect yourself of any charges during the return journey. Furthermore, it is advised that any return that you make is sent using recorded delivery or special delivery if you are unable to deliver the items personally.

Returns cannot be accepted unless they contain the original order number and documentation to allow us to trace the original transaction.


While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are as accurate as possible, there is always the possibility that errors may occur. If we discover that a price has been altered but you have already made the incorrect payment, then we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

In the event of you wanting to withdraw from your purchases then you must notify us within a seven working days period in order to receive a full refund. Any unwanted goods you have will be refunded (minus postage charges paid) provided they are returned unused and in their original condition. If we suspect that the product has been used then it will incur a deduction from the final refund amount. Any refunds that are due will be made to the original payment card within 30 days of receipt.
